Anchor Hocking Glass Corp. of Lancaster, Ohio, began producing low-cost, ovenproof, borosilicate low-expansion glass dinnerware marked “FIRE-KING” in 1942. Production ran through 1976. These bowls are in the Peach Luster Laural pattern. The Peach Luster Laurel pattern was a popular Anchor Hocking design made between 1946 and 1962. This set will make a nice addition to a peach luster collection. The bowls were durable and made for use and definitely have a lifetime of use left in them.
